cnc engraving and 3d benchtop milling machine for lighter shell

On July 7, 2020, our company conducted a stainless steel lighter shell engraving by 3 axis cnc milling machine. The following are more details.

Step 1. Preparation

Step 2. Process：

These are our experimental procedures by 4 axis cnc, which mainly include five aspects: rough engraving by 6mm 4 flutes end mill ,accuracy engraving by 6mm 4 flutes end mill ,4 mm 4 flutes end mill,3mm 4 flutes end mill  and 1mm 4 flutes end mill

（1）Rough Engraving by 4 axis cnc with 6mm 4 flutes end mill

（2）Accuracy Engraving by 3 axis cnc with 6mm 4 flutes end mill ,4 mm 4 flutes end mill,3mm 4 flutes end mill  and 1mm 4 flutes end mill.
