How Does a Desktop Mini CO2 Laser Engraving Machine Work?
The CO2 laser engraving machine is much more special than Mini
CNC engraving machine because of its three systems and working principle
diagram.
The CO2 Laser engraving machine is also called laser engraving cutting machine, co2 laser engraver machine and co2 laser cutter , it has three systems. The first one
is control system which controls the movement of the laser head. The
second one is laser output system that is formed by laser power supply
and laser tube. The last one is light path system, made up by mirror and
focus lamp.
It is important to know the structure of the CO2 laser engraving machine before showing the working principle diagram.
The working principle diagram can be divided into two parts.
First
of all, before engraving we shall import the engraving documents into
the software. Datum will be transmitted to motherboard by USB. At this
time, the motherboard will outgo two kinds of signals. The first signal
is for laser movement which will be transmitted to step motor by
circuit.
When the step motor receives the signal it will start a
mobile workforce. The second signal will be transmitted to the power
supply. Then the power supply will emit electricity to laser tube as
soon as it receives the signal. On the meanwhile, the laser tube emits
the laser engraving objects.
